The first thing we will do is create a database. We will also make up a dictionary to represent the databases and columns that we want to get the SQL result from.

In mysql you can use your favorite text editor such as Notepad++ or the favorite text editor vim, or any text editing program. I created the list of column names in the database so we can call those columns when we want to create the DB column and also give them a numeric value because the actual database is not specified even if that numeric value is negative.
What I did instead is define all the columns which should be visible in a row and it will be inserted every time the column name appears in that row.
